This app is really good, and I like it a lot. However, I keep getting Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Because of that, I have to deposit the cash later, and it becomes difficult to complete my night target. I'm not saying the app is bad—it's actually excellent. I also receive a lot of tips while delivering with the Zomato Delivery app, which I really appreciate.

fristly it's a dummy app.. Another app works in place of the old one and the second app is (red zomato) i can't rate here. how clever are zomato . secondly that third party app zomato are doing there own bullyness. waste update.. work area change fee, work area zone lock for 30 da,. no incentive in meerut meaning zomato doing all bullyness on the other app which is not apper on playstore. so that no one can bad comment and rateing . zomato is unfair to the delivery partner.

very third class experience the customer is not at the house and at the door step i swipe order delivered. but due to customer is not there place how can I deliver the order I try to reach customer support but as I expected the customer service was ridiculous 😕 not get call back from support and another order is in waiting due to delay order get cancelled and whole day incentive is gone very disappoint not even received call from support why is delay in order
