Hi Team, I created my delivery partner ID a long time ago, but it still shows “under process / verification in process.” I have also tried contacting support multiple times, but I have not received any proper response or call from your side. Additionally, I have already paid the joining fee, but there has been no update or confirmation regarding my onboarding. Please look into this issue and help me complete the process as soon as possible.

Very bad experience as a delivery partner. ₹319 wrong penalty charged even though order was delivered by the customer but still it was marked as cancellation after pickup. Support is not helping and only sending copy-paste replies. Also being asked to pay money for rejoining. This is completely unfair. Please fix this issue.

I need help. my app is asking for bag every day interrupting my riding time. fleet coach never answers the phone. the app itself doesn't take calls. even if I go to help center, they won't take calls, only advice they give. the bag I verified yesterday itself. today, after 3 orders, suddenly the app went offline and no matter how many times I try to turn it on, it goes offline demanding bag verification. this has happened b4 also
