I need help. my app is asking for bag every day interrupting my riding time. fleet coach never answers the phone. the app itself doesn't take calls. even if I go to help center, they won't take calls, only advice they give. the bag I verified yesterday itself. today, after 3 orders, suddenly the app went offline and no matter how many times I try to turn it on, it goes offline demanding bag verification. this has happened b4 also

The distance calculation in the app is totally wrong. They show 2km but make us drive 4km. But they don't pay for that extra distance and just waste our time. Support is not helpful either. This is very unfair to delivery partners. The app distance is wrong. Also, big societies don't allow bikes, making us walk long distances inside. But they don't pay for this extra effort and simply waste our time. There is no value for a delivery partner's time. This is causing huge losses in our earnings
