Ratings and reviews

I would like to bring to your attention some issues I encountered with the app after the recent update. Despite enabling camera permissions, the app did not allow me to navigate to the car and capture pictures to complete the checklist. This experience with the app was frustrating. However, the host was polite enough to provide me with the car despite the technical issues. Unfortunately, I was unable to connect with customer care through the app, which was also disappointing.

Had booked a car but when reached the location to pick up the car got to know the car isn't available! There was no notification, no update or any call beforehand. The zoomzat support was the worst, they don't have any customer representative to talk to. We were stuck in the middle of no where. And after sometime the app showed trip started and some fines were imposed on the trip. Senseless The worst service, they take the full amount upfront and don't take any responsibility.

App behavior is completely ridiculous after the recent update. It does not allow to navigate to the car and capture pics to complete the checklist eventhough the permission for camera is enabled. Horrific experience with the app, but the host was polite enough to provide the car despite of the technical collapse. Worst case being, app did not help to connect with the customer care, as well.
