Used to work, then just stopped. Can't connect to server when trying to login, can't register a new account. My guess is they turned their mobile app server off. If this isn't the case, then maybe support can provide some insight. Update: 11/01/25 Can no longer connect to remote server from PC. I guess ZOSI is a dead/do no care company. DO NOT BUY.

Worst app I've ever used! First time setup is so horrific that I gave up entirely and uninstalled after messing with it for an hour. After registering for a new account and giving more personal information than I wanted to, I ran into the next issue. Upon trying to log into the app, there is a hard length limit coded into the password field!! WHAT?? So the password I had picked during registration was too long, and I wasn't even able to enter it!! tLDR: don't use, figure out rtsp instead

Zosi customer service is a joke, at best. The first issue i had, they where on it. They seem to no longer care. The only way to contact them is through email, using a translator app. Which can mess things up. I've been emailing them weekly for the past two months, no response. As for the app - when it works, its so-so. Takes a long time to load your camera video. It would be nice to pick how many cameras to view, at one time. Currently, its 1, 4, 9, 16.
