Ratings and reviews

When the trains pass the Non scheduled Stopping Stations, it's better to inform the passengers that the so No. train has passed the so called Stn. instead of Arrived the...... Stn, Departed the...... Stn., etc, since, it would be the exact informations. To avoid the possible false impression for passengers that the train has scheduled Stops in those Stations.

Not reliable for platform information. This is an official indian railways app and yet it shows the wrong/incorrect platform information for the arriving trains. One more thing, why does it have so many ads? I mean it's an Indian government owned platform, right? Then why it's filled with annoying advertisements, and the same goes for the IRCTC Rail Connect app.

This app deserves 2 star rating, why? Because this app can only give information about trains, but live train status monitoring service is very poor. Can't give exact information of live status of trains. "Where is my train" is the best alternative of NTES. It fulfills all requirements.
