Ratings and reviews

From few months glitching problem is there. Once the train number i put , its isnt visible, we have to try 10-15 times and refresh for 2-3 minutes then its visible and shows.. Please remark this problem and do better for use . Update this app in seconds.. u are updating very late .

I have seen the clear difference on Live train tracking. How can other apps predict the exact location of the train running but this app is always late. The train has already left or about to reach the station but on this app, it's always somewhere else. This is an Indian Railway owned application but works as it's a 3rd party app. Very less accuracy, please update this app to be more efficient.

Can we please have the via option back in the "Trains Between Stations" search as it is very helpful in planning journey when no direct train is available between the two stations. In the current version if there is no direct train, it simply notifies that message but doesn't suggests any via or alternate route, I remember this option was available earlier in the website but was later removed with the updates.
