Ratings and reviews

Not reliable for platform information. This is an official indian railways app and yet it shows the wrong/incorrect platform information for the arriving trains. One more thing, why does it have so many ads? I mean it's an Indian government owned platform, right? Then why it's filled with annoying advertisements, and the same goes for the IRCTC Rail Connect app.

This app deserves 2 star rating, why? Because this app can only give information about trains, but live train status monitoring service is very poor. Can't give exact information of live status of trains. "Where is my train" is the best alternative of NTES. It fulfills all requirements.

Most wrost app. Update is very late, when you get update then you lost your opportunity to take decision is it right to avail train service or not. Misguide passenger mostly. Already train system collapse, and digital services of train service also. Please work properly and save passenger time.
