When you point your camera at the street, you immediately see the nearest ATM, our branch or Sazka terminal.
It helps you block your card or change its limits within a few moments. It constantly carries current exchange rates with it and entertains you with our news.

Tip:

You can set additional security measures, for instance confirmation of your payments by a signature password. You can create this password simply in your internet banking and change it anytime in the same place.

For each mobile phone in which you have the application, you can specify in your internet banking whether you will carry out active operations through it, such as payment orders.

If you lose your cell phone, remember that you can easily block it in your internet banking. Once you do, nobody can access your accounts from it.

Ratings and reviews

I don’t understand why screenshots are disabled everywhere in the app. What is the benefit? For example, why can't I screenshot my term deposit rates? I can find the same info on your website and take a screenshot there without issues. Why is this "sensitive" only in the app? This dogma lacks logic and makes the app less user-friendly without providing real security. Please, consider improving the app.

Secure, easy to use and does everything I need it to! Sadly, unlike other Czech banking apos, there is no support fir the English language. I'd like to use Air Bank as my main bank account, but can't without English support. There are 600,000 registered foreigners who live in Czechia - most who speak English. Based on Air Banks's response I have increased my rating as it really is a great app and this level of customer service and quick response is amazing. 5 stars when English arrives!

Great bank app, everything you need is there and easy to find! I have just one annoyance - loading a receipt from some store app (for example exporting a receipt from Albert app). Would it be possible that instead of loading the receipt to šanon and then manually adding it to the payment you could just add it to the payment directly? (adding an option to add to recent payments instead of loading to šanon and then adding it). With that it would be 5/5 app!
