About this app

Permanento app introduces you to a new exercise concept designed for achieving properly functioning body and soul. In the introductory part titled “Before you start routines”, you will discover the basic principles and movements, which then, in various modifications and difficulty levels, form a foundation of Permanento routines. You will learn how and why they work and how to implement them correctly. Noteworthy are also practical tips to get you started. Once you have mastered this part, you can start with “Let’s workout”. Here, the application will direct you to a routine that will help you energize or calm down the body and soul with respect to your current state of mind and time possibilities (5 - 20 minutes). Regular performance of Permanento routines will naturally unbend your body, strengthen the deep stabilizing system, activate optimal engagement of the most important muscles, improve the functioning of the balance system, improve the interconnection of the brain hemispheres, and much more. Changes will be reflected not only in fitness and mobility, but in all areas of your life! You will only need an exercise mat and a little time and space.

What's new

Mobile application PERMANENTO was reworked to be used as addition for users with premium membership in web version of application at www.permanento-aplikace.cz and it will allow you to exercise when offline. Also list of exercises was extended by bonus ones (for example exercise in office) which will be regularly updated.
