vouchers or discounts do not work sometimes. casheir tell you that you did fulfill the requirments but they have issue with their register and to contact customer support, which ignores you for a month, and then tells you that you did not fulfill the requirements even when you provide with screenshots that you did, so you cant even refund the items as it has been a month already

Some how my ISIC card discount stopped working for no reason and I can't re-register my card for my student discount...I keep getting an invalid ISIC card number yet my card is active and I copy the number directly from the official ISIC app. Secondly, I somehow lost my nearly 2000 rewards points despite me not redeeming them and the Tesco personnel haven't given me an explanation.
