Our search function, the entire product categories and our scan function give you a quick and easy overview of the product range. Simply click through our range, search for specific brands or scan products, view previously purchased products, add them to your wish list or start shopping straight away.

In the “Coupons” section you will find an overview of the current special coupons. If you link your dm account with PAYBACK, in addition to the dm and glückskind (only in Germany) coupons, you will also find PAYBACK coupons - all in just one coupon center. This makes the process from coupon activation to redemption in the store or when ordering online as easy as possible.

Choose your favorite market, check product availability and use express pickup: *
You can use direct access to the store finder to search for dm stores near you. This gives you easy and quick access to service information from all dm stores. Ratings and reviews

I've been using this app for over a year now, my first order was in septembar 2024, and still so satisfied with their products, especially love those little rating stars under every product which is super helpful for someone who doesn't know which one would be great for them, doesn't matter if that's skin product or some kitchen stuff, food etc.. 🩷 And, also, almost forgot, after you make a delivery, on app you can watch what's going on with it and when will it be delivered to your adress.

Loyalty program is useless, never gave any discounts (we buy the roughly the same stuff every time). Made an online order a week ago, it got stuck. Should've been delivered 2 days ago. No option to contact support, can't cancel order because of error in form. Will just shop in the good old offline store from now on thank you 🥲 The only useful thing in the app - you can look up which store has the item you're looking for.

It works very unfairly. When I reached a lot of accumulated points, it reset them without any notice. When I asked, they told me that on 1.05.2025 all previously accumulated pointa were reset!! More precisely, before the 1750 limit, when there was a 15% discount, they reset.
