*The voucher can only be used as part of a digital redemption of a valid health insurance prescription in the DocMorris app (does not apply to private prescriptions, compositions and free text prescriptions). A customer account with DocMorris and a smartphone with the DocMorris app are required to redeem the voucher. Redeemable once on the entire product range (excluding infant formula and price-linked items, e.g. books) including discounted goods. Not redeemable when purchasing products from other providers via the DocMorris online marketplace or Same Day Delivery orders. The voucher amount will first be offset against the statutory co-payment during the ordering process and then against the price of any non-prescription products ordered. Validity of the voucher promotion and code: Until 31.12.2024. Cannot be combined with other promotions or price advantages, e.g. special prices advertised exclusively via third parties. If a voucher (code) is entered, a higher price than the special price may be applied. Any voucher value exceeding the invoice amount shall be forfeited. Payment of the voucher value is excluded.

Ratings and reviews

for months it's been impossible to order via the app. Every time I try I see the following error: "The payment could not be processed. Please try again, choose a different payment method or contact our customer service." I tried all payment methods. None of them works for me in the app. what is so difficult? why do you have no monitoring and fix these bugs?

Awful, Webpage and app price is diffrent. App is trying to charge more . Nice cheating strategy. Upd. 8.10.25 So I decided to give another chance for this "slop ai app". Next day delivery of prescription meds does not work. You go to contact service provider, but instead of human you gotta deal with AI slop that functions like really bad. Amazing. I am would like to rate it zero. fingerweg
