Changing subscription sometimes does not work properly & I loose money thinking it changed it. Also, I am not the only one annoyed by the SMS (verification?) on launch. Maybe you can add support to Google Authenticator? The app also doesn't work at all at times, like: failing to load & crashing. I do realize that you are a budget telecommunication service (no offense), but please do try to stabilize the app.

They will steal your money. Honestly... just get another service provider. They will take money from your account then they'll put a 'data protection lock' on your account that forces you to put more money on your account if you want to use your own data. They've also been advertising extra data for who knows how long..!!! So when you buy on app (which I do) they don't give you your extra data. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you want to keep spending unnecessary extra money for their "services"

Worst mobile service ever. Bought SIM at the airport and was told no problem with service on Wangerooge, island in Nth sea.But I got 0 cell service. €29.95 for emergency calls only. In the end I used Telekom's wifi near info office. People, better go to city and get Telekom or Vodafone, you can even use their wifi. Where can I write to complain about them? I want my money back.
