Was good before While not perfect, the app used to work fine for my needs. Now, I can no longer get it to work, it won't let me login. And no update, nor uninstalling/reinstalling has solved the issue.
Really annoying After the last update every f-in time I run this app it has to authorize with the SMS. FIX IT!!
Broken app Can't register my phone using the app because it insists I already set up an online account (I haven't) and the prompt for resetting the password goes in a circle. Tried to register via the website, but the login screen there has been shut down for "temporary" service maintenance for at least four days. Now I have no way to top up my data using the 15€ or so credit I should have left.
Works fine, but.. I updated the app this morning. It works fine, but the mobile Internet balance displayed in the app is wrong. I've used 1 gb out of 5 gb, but the app shows that I've used only 25 mb. Please fix it.
Latest updates is worse than before. I had to register for MeinOrtel again, as per the email Ortel send. The new website layout is horrible, too much click to find simple informations as how much usage I have done. For the mobile app the automatic login works only 20% of the time, going in a loop the remaining time. Poor update that broke something which was working fine.
