Changing subscription sometimes does not work properly & I loose money thinking it changed it. Also, I am not the only one annoyed by the SMS (verification?) on launch. Maybe you can add support to Google Authenticator? The app also doesn't work at all at times, like: failing to load & crashing. I do realize that you are a budget telecommunication service (no offense), but please do try to stabilize the app.

intentionally constructed so you make irreversible mistakes and waste your money...all customer service says is "tough luck, sucker!" They refuse to make any changes or refunds. Worst customer service in the business. You put your money on your account, and instead of applying it, they waste it, and then delete whatever remains. There are so many others out there-don't use this one! They will not be around long, since they would rather cheat you out of 15 euros than have you pay them 360 yearly.
