The app keeps showing an “insufficient funds” error even though there is enough money on my main account. This issue already happened before and was eventually resolved after long communication with support. However, after pausing and reactivating my savings plan, the exact same problem appeared again. An investment app that repeatedly breaks after such basic actions is unreliable and frustrating to use.

App doesn't feel very responsive, also please add a graph for tracking depot value over time. interactive graphs for stock prices would also be nice.

The app is incredibly ugly and confusing. I really dislike the fact that you are immediately offered loans. It seems to me as the main focus here is on keeping users confused and attracting gambling addicts. Also, once you have leverage that is knocked out, for example, it remains in the view. Bank transfers also take days to get processed. A lot of features also require me to visit the website instead.
