With MobileControl, you can control all network-enabled Miele domestic appliances quickly and conveniently using your smartphone or tablet. This means you can access your washing machine, dishwasher or oven at any time and select the programme, delay the start or select other options, for example.

RemoteUpdate - Always up to date
Do you want your networked home appliances to always be up to date with little effort? No problem - thanks to our RemoteUpdate function. Available software updates for your Miele domestic appliances are automatically available and can be installed upon request.

Consumption Dashboard - Transparency of usage and consumption data
Keep an eye on your water and energy consumption at all times. The Consumption Dashboard displays your water and electricity consumption data after each cycle, offers tips for a more sustainable use of your dishwasher and washing machine, and provides a personalized monthly report. Thanks to the step-by-step instructions in the Miele app, temperatures and cooking durations are automatically transferred to the TempControl hob. All you need to do is confirm the settings.

Ratings and reviews

Miele lost the opportunity to provide a magical experience. Despite having the very same Miele account setup online with all your drives you have to add them all again, serial by serial. EDIT, reducing to one star. It won't connect over cellular, and asks you to call customer service who I expect are powerless to fix the App which is clearly not well QA'd.

worked OK at first with our Miele dishwasher. But there has been a clock sync issue. Whenever I set the dishwasher to start at a certain time, the effective time the app would take was offset by several hours. It was sometimes 5 hours one way, or 5 hours another way, but totally unpredictable. This meant that setting the device remote start time with the app is not possible. Recently things got worse. The app does not even start up anymore. Fix it @Miele

Back to one star. I've given it a year and this app is totally useless. Interface and features are as bad as it gets. For example, if the dishwasher is off, the app can't turn it on. No need to use the app if you have to walk to the appliance anyway. Why can't Miele get it right? The world is full of great mobile developers. Hire some. This app and the appliance connectivity features were rushed to market and never getting better. Hopefully you see these reviews before buying the appliances.
