myTO is your mobile application of the corporate online booking tool myTO for business trips
myTO offers many benefits such as supporting your travel bookings, providing a booking overview, as well as scanning and digital dispatch of travel receipts via smartphone. It optimizes your travel expenses and processes on the go - anytime, anywhere.
myTO offers a large number of features:
- Login with your myTO-profile data
- Query and booking of the service providers set in myTO
- Consideration of the travel policy defined by the group
- Transfer of the deposited company accounts as payment method
- Detailed travel itinerary
- Push notifications in case of rebooking, delays, cancellations by SMS and/or e-mail
- Map display of booked services with route planning from the current location
In myTO you can cancel, rebook, or add trips. The travel itineraries are synchronized between the desktop version and the app and are then also available offline. This avoids the need for a permanent connection and thus, dead zones and roaming costs cause no problem. And you can scan your travel receipts directly on the move and send them in for settlement electronically using the QR codes of your travel expense report.
