I'm a new customer with Telekom and I'm unable to add my contract to the app. The "Add a service" button, which seems to be the button I'm supposed to use, leads to a blank screen. Everything I need to know is (presumably) available on the website as well, but the app as it is right now is simply unusable. When the time comes for me to renew my contract, this poor app experience could be a deciding factor in whether I stay with Telekom or not.

The worst app I ever used. After the last update it is impossible to simply login using phone number and I can't just top up my phone and see only internet contract in the app. When I am trying to connect to mobile services, it simply sends an error and asks me to try again in 24 hours. Perfect application, works as expected.

While the app does look good and does give me somewhat of an advantage, loading times are a nightmare. Everything feels slow and sluggish. Not to forget the biggest elephant in the room: So many generic error messages, especially while ordering or extending a contract! This is a big issues because no order confirmation is generated, order is not visible in the app and support cannot find the order in the system but multiple payments where withdrawn from my credit card.
