One year and a half and no credit limit increase. "Gift Stock" is a major fraud. Supposedly a "Gift" but in fact conditioned to not only one first set of investments, but a second one as well later on, that is not clearly stated in the first place!! Use others as Revolut instead. Mucha better.

I had several thousand pesos on my debit card. I accidentally paid with my credit card and a few minutes later deposited the money from my debit card. But the bank charged a fee and didn't respond two weeks later, on June 16th: Te confirmo que escalé tu caso al equipo correspondiente, un especialista de TI te contactará cuando el inconveniente haya sido resuelto. One year and 3 months using Plata credit card and very happy with it, my credit went up about 4 times higher since the initial which it's great!
