Unprofessional stuff ,the reception can't solve any problem ,after you book your accommodation they told you it's fully booked also there's delay between the application and the system unfortunately

editing my review, as you see they asked to email i emailed and no response. submitted ticket in app no response now we are Jan 2026. well please don't trust their rewards and brand offer, there are better ones there currently using IHG, hilton and shangrila. in summary I booked 3 brands to be eligible but out of sudden my last brand was not.. well this is after check out few days.. not shown when I booked. so ya fake rewards and scam even their response to this is a scam as no response
