Dubai Bus On-Demand is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the Dubai Bus On-Demand app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a few streets of your requested destination. Our smart algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel.

How long will I wait?
You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your minibus in real time in the app.

How many passengers will I share a vehicle with?
The number of passengers you will share a journey with varies based on capacity and your chosen destination. Our comfortable minibuses can easily accommodate up to 14 people.

The concept is solid, but most of the time, you just get a message that says, "We're having a high demand, so try again later." Also, when you manage to book, it might get canceled later by the app or there could be many delays. And if you cancel after a long wait, the app might send you a message saying you might get penalized! Plus, the app's estimated times are completely useless. The bus might show up very early or very late, making it tough to catch it. Also bus routes sometimes very long.

there is no clarity on DIP area. unable to find the service available places. always showing out of zone.

Not recommended at all. Very bad experience. They never keep proper timing and keep adding pickups at the last moment. Even if the app shows arrival in 3–5 minutes, it suddenly changes to 15–20 minutes. They also add extra pickups before your drop-off, causing unnecessary delays. The timing shown in the app is unreliable, and the service is frustrating if you value punctuality. Very disappointing overall experience.
