This low rating is only for the app, otherwise the bank team and services are really great. The App mostly doesn't work for payment functions if out of business hours in Egypt, moreover, both of the App and online banking doesn't open due to a pup up message that we must update the token app. Despite the token app is updated, this message keeps on displaying so you can't access to your account and no option to close or hide this message, you will just be automatically logged out.

I am trying to register by using the debit card but the (continue) button on the (set password) tab does not work. I have tried to send a complaints feedback and I have entered my phone number but it told me to enter a valid number so the (send) button does not worked too.

I can't use the app after the last update, the green message of token updating prevents me of using the app, even after updating the token app it's still not working, it's asking for login over and over and stuck with the green update message!!! Very bad experience, I hope to roll back to the previous version please
