To use the application, the user should:

Install the application on your mobile device;
Perform the necessary actions to register in the application (use of the application by unregistered users is not allowed).
Payment for a transport ticket is made using electronic means of payment (payment cards) and other legal methods of online payment. Payment is made in compliance with the requirements of the PCI DSS standard.

Life happens, plans change, and sometimes, you need to make a last-minute trip. Allowing reservations closer to departure would offer so much more flexibility and convenience for travelers. It would truly elevate this app from great to essential for anyone using Egyptian National Railways. Please consider this feature for a future update!

A very bad application that lacks many necessary services and additions. It does not have all the Egyptian Railway stations, especially the centers, and it has a box of specific types of train classes that are available for booking, and it does not have all the different classes.

Very bad experience!! I previously had an account then i deleted it about 2 months ago, now when i try to create a new account, a message shows that the ID number is already registered! Now i neither can login to the old account nor create another one! No response to emails or WhatsApp, the app is a total failure!
