"I am absolutely frustrated with this app. It logged me out automatically, and despite resetting my password, I have not received the activation code for over a day. My attempts to reach support have been completely ignored. This level of service is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution."

EMAD ELMORSY
Life happens, plans change, and sometimes, you need to make a last-minute trip. Allowing reservations closer to departure would offer so much more flexibility and convenience for travelers. It would truly elevate this app from great to essential for anyone using Egyptian National Railways. Please consider this feature for a future update!

I had an account from 3 month after deleted it .. I can't join the application or can't register it say my number id has registered before... what is the solution???
