About this app

Cl@ve is a system to electronically identify yourself in relations with Public Administrations.

If you are not registered in Cl@ve, you can register from this APP.
If you are registered in Cl@ve, you can activate this device with your DNI/NIE by means of an SMS or with your electronic certificate.

Once activated, from this APP you can confirm the authentication requests with Cl@ve Móvil and access the Cl@ve PIN that you request when accessing a procedure. It also allows access to the procedures of the Cl@ve system.

works absolutely fine. In my case I already had my NIE/TIE and had downloaded my digital certificate so it worked immediately. I'm using a Samsung if that helps

This app is appalling, shame on the Spanish Government for using this useless app. I tried the video identification and after many, many attempts, including the app telling me, video identification completed successfully! next screen always comes with "video identification process was not completed successfully", zero information regarding why, it always returns to the beginning. Painful process with zero results

horrible application, doesnt work, there is no support, the support literally does not work. The whole system is so bad, I dont know how this is even legally allowed to operate.
