It was moderately easy to book the parking space, but the process at Madrid airport is ridiculous. the signage is bad in general, and the fact that I couldn't use the app to pay for my parking AND the gate ticket readers also do not accept payment is just awful. You have to pay at these little kiosk things in a hallway before entering the garage, and of course there aren't signs in the garage indicating this. It was an annoying process.

17/08/26. The app does not display the gate from which flights in "my trip" depart. how is it possible ? The slowest app on the planet. Anything you do will provoke a little airplane to appear and you ll have to wait...many seconds, for the simplest of information. For people with nerves of steel or who can wait to mañana

useless.paid for fast track and rude staff insisted we go to normal long queue. did not want to listen at all. utterly useless.
