I expect better from a multinational like Burger King. The UI is unintuitiveand the errors are often unhelpful. Not a very pleasant app to use.

I have had a terrible experience with this app, yesterday I tried ordering from the app but as the order was in the delivery phase, without any warning the order was cancelled, so I tried to do the same order again and the order was registered as delivered successfuly even though I never got anything and today I tried one last time and I got the order delivered to me but lacked a Monster Energy which I payed extra for, after filing a complaint I got a free burger which cost less than the Monster

terrible app. I spent a lot of time trying to order. I use a 10% discount coupon trying to order, but I couldn't finish that order and I lost my discount as well. All the experience was very frustrating. **Edit: In addition, they send me the wrong hamburger. I contact them through the app on Sep 15th (day of the order) and I never got an answer. On Sep 27th I sent another message to the customer service and until now I didn't get any answers.
