terrible app. I spent a lot of time trying to order. I use a 10% discount coupon trying to order, but I couldn't finish that order and I lost my discount as well. All the experience was very frustrating. **Edit: In addition, they send me the wrong hamburger. I contact them through the app on Sep 15th (day of the order) and I never got an answer. On Sep 27th I sent another message to the customer service and until now I didn't get any answers.

Overall pretty bad. UI/UX is change all the time, not fun. The app doesn't allow us to order, tells us to try again in half an hour. Its been like that for months. Notifications are extremely intrusive and unprofessional, like 'your order is on its way' when no order was made, just so you click on it, or tons of emojis. Ive also seen 'Test 1' notifications, makes me assume developers are playing in a production environment. Love burgerking, absolutely hate how the app is so poorly run/made.
There's no size specified for the burgers, either it is small, medium or large and they are mostly using these terms for the potatoes and drinks, not the burgers... but there are burgers worth 3-4 euros that are bigger than other worth 6-7 euros. I would like the description of my food to be as complete as possible.
