My flight was canceled by my Airline and my trip was interrupted. I submitted all the paperwork requested by Heymondo as Cancellation & Interruption was included in the policy covered for $3,500. I submitted all my Hotels receipts to be covered. They denied my coverage as they said Flight cancellation by the Airline is Not covered. Isn't that the point of Cancellation and Interruption coverage? Do Not Use Heymondo! It's a Scam!

Claimed two months ago for a flight that got cancelled and I am still fighting for my money. AXA (who heymondo insured me with) keep on asking me for the same documents that I already sent them. Will not use again. Edit: After nearly 3 months fighting for my claim, AXA/Heymondo are saying that they can only reimburse me 150€ out of the 550€ claim I have filed. They are considering my flight cancellation as a delay only, without considering the cost of return flight, hotels, transportation etc
