useless, Google recommends them but they are utterly useless, it takes ages to reply back and then all they inform me is to speak to my airline, they didn't want to help or get involved. I will not be using Heymondo again. The app's appearance is appealing, and everything seemed to be working correctly until I encountered an issue where I was unable to receive support.

I tried to purchase a policy on the website in the UK, but couldn't do so as I was over the maximum age. I contacted them to ask if they had policies for travellers my age and was told that although the UK site did not, the Spanish site did, and I was given a link with my travel details included. I completed the purchase, but then could only get details on Spanish which I don't speak. On contacting Heymondo I received an apology and the promise of a full refund. Good customer service 👍

The assistance call function literally does not work. Absolutely horrendous and genuinely dangerous considering the circumstances that someone might need it in.
