Ratings and reviews

The latest update added a pop-up about Noa talking speed that crashes my app whenever I try to close it. I can't access my account on the app. I deleted the cache, deleted the data, uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted my device, and nothing works. I sent reports every time and it hasn't been fixed after 4 days without mobile access to my bank account. Unacceptable during travel.

The app is not allowing me to transfer money to my other account. This has never been an issue before. It just keeps loading for 10 mins and nothing happened. I only use the app to check my account and transfer money, so this a huge problem and need to be fixed ASAP.

Was good but now when you transfer it to a new phone the process doesn't work. It keeps asking to confirmation from your old device to make the new one signature device. The problem is that even though I still have the old device as soon as I removed the SIM card to my new device the app doesn't work anymore on it. Same when you try to login on a Windows device needs confirmation from the app ....on the old device.
