I didn't have any issues with the app itself, but, the car condition was horrible, it had several big scratches, holes, the back side of the vehicle was moving with the wind and seemed was gonna fly away. In the middle of the trip it wouldn't start and had some warning on the screen which customer service didn't know what it was. By the way, even the full insurance doesn't include big damages such as glass, underneath, robbery etc etc which makes it very dangerous to rent this service

In the past months when I rented, the app wasn't ideal, but it worked. At least I didn't have my reservations cancelled without notice. Now, right before I had to go to get my girlfriend from the airport, my reservation turned out to be cancelled. Also I couldn't make a new one cause app just returned "Something went wrong". I made a reservation via agent but the app couldn't get the car open. Also, they've put min duration of rent to 4h... So far the worst car rent experience I had.

Somehow managed to have a worst registration experience than government website. Lost two hours of my time for this only. Then showed up to my car, it didn't open - took 30mn for the customer support team to pick up. Got another car, was late to my appointment, and there was no incentive or discount to make up for the problems. If you plan on renting a car a few times a year only, don't waste time with this service
