Extremely unreliable. When I got to the car I booked (even though I live in the center of the city I still had to take the subway) it wouldn't unlock. The app would just put on a spinner forever and give no feedback at all. I had to force close the app a few times, but same result. I ended up giving up and finding a second car at a 15 minute walk. That car unlocked but had a broken phone cable. If you really need a ride just take an Uber. Don't waste your time with this underwhelming service.

Terrible. The window and the screen of the car were broken. Most importantly the car stopped working and it wouldn't turn on no matter what. The only "help" option was a number in Madrid. The app in general was full of bugs. I called, they gave me another French number to call where they didn't speak any English. Finally after 1 hour I managed to find somebody who speaks English and she did smth and the cat tuned on so I was able to move it and park it. Terrible.

it all seemed great but for a couple of minor things, charger for phones wasnt working and the app didnt make it very easy to identify damages of the vehicle at pick up time. not very relevant. Then we parked the car, the option in the app to leave it standing by (at a reduded rate) didnt give feedback, i pushed several times and took for granted it was ok after 3 or 4 times. To my surprise thought, it wasn't. They charged my card at 0.26 all the hours we were parked instead of 0.09 as should.
