Terrible experience. I have order expensive laptop two times on Saturday but they cancelled that orders twice without any reason. So I didn't get it on sunday. Then I have ordered it another way, I payed and I was waiting at home entire evening waiting for delivery, but they didn't give my number to dhl, so they reported 'not at home'. I really regret I choose this shop. I had two cheaper offers for the same computer at other shops. Tomorrow they will not deliver as well.

The app deserves 5 stars. But this review is directed to the customer support. I ordered a washing machine and it keeps leaking water. They sent 2 teams to fix the issue, but it remains.

No attention given to Charging station functionality. No insight in charging session. It states charging but it doesnt recognize 0 Watt is delivered. No insight in history, need to go to web and data is 24h delayed.
