this is really bad, first of all the app was only available for ios, on the 12th, and now it's the 14th, and it's now the 15th and it's available, but the app just says "something went wrong. please try again later." nice meaningless error message it is now the 17th of december, 2025 and i really don't need the app anymore, but i checked it again, after the response and it seems to be working again.

absolutely awful - the app presents as useful, to reduce time upon entering a country in the Schengen area. unfortunately there is just ONE country listed - Sweden. we're traveling to the Netherlands. even though many countries are listed as being in the Schengen area, the app doesn't allow you to continue unless you're going to Sweden. it's useless and as soon as I complete this review I'm deleting it.😤

Thank you for your comment. Using the app is voluntary for EU Member States who can choose if, when and where they would like to use it for EES pre-registration. Currently the app is available in Sweden and more countries will be added later. The up-to-date list of countries where the app is used can be found on the EES website europa.eu/ees.

Works only on ARRIVAL in Sweden, cannot be used when exiting because it does not give any airport/land/border options. So really can only be used for people specifically arriving in Sweden, cannot ever be used for anyone exiting the EU.
