Finally an app that allowed me to pay my overdue taxes since I've literally tried everywhere else on the net and my only option left was to go to the places themselves which I avoid due to social anxiety, inability to wait in line and laziness in general. Working with the app is fast intuitive and easy and confirming your identity takes less than a day. Bulgaria can close its electronic government and rely on iCard instead.

Very buggy and unreliable app, frequently I'm standing somewhere trying to pay for something, and either the app refuses to load, or it refuses to unfreeze my card, or the payment confirmation doesnt show up and the list of confirmations is blank, or it confirms and takes my money, but the thing I'm paying on doesnt register it for ages. Just today I missed a dentist appointment because I couldnt get into the subway for 30 mins. Also, they keep spamming my email, and the USD exchange rate is BS.

Update: my problem is solved. But it could be solved sooner than two months. I like the app and I have a Visa card from them. I changed my number recently, and they have problems sending me the verification SMS code. Surprisingly they do not have any other verification ways as all other apps and services have like sending the code by a phone call or any other alternative ways! It is been almost a week that I do not have access to my account and they cannot fix it. So I will not trust them anymore.
