Absolutely useless and below the level of professional standard you would hope for. This company is extremely pedantic about the smallest transfer to a trusted account, let alone a larger transfer which will face scrutiny. They have rude call handlers, there service times are not really helpful and the wait time to have support requests handled is way too long. I definitely recommend going for another POS system as opposed to this "cheaper" option.

Incredibly slow to do anything. Never trust an app that doesn't have a help page. Not intuitive to use. Very much based on what myPOS wants from your business rather than what you want from myPOS. Hidden underlying charges too.

A little difficult to navigate which can be frustrating. The menu could be simplified and search option doesn't always recognise the search request.
