As a start up business, I was searching for an innovative and easy method to take card payments . Came across myPOS and started an application process on-line. Branimira, from the Varna office, approached me over the phone and offered her help to set up everything for me. She guided me through every step and smoothly directed the entire process. It was a no brainer to contact Branimira again when my business needed a fiscal tool. Great customer service and Branimira is always a phone call away!

Sorry but couldn't give 0star. Nightmare to setup machine or account, never been asked this much information and non sense for any other card machine set up but horrible experience so far....and I honestly think I will never ever use this machine or account first step is nightmare I can only imagine what will.be after....avoid avoid avoid MyPos

Works every time without any issues. Loads very fast too. Lots of detailed transaction information as well. I wish other apps would be so reliable
