Absolutely useless and below the level of professional standard you would hope for. This company is extremely pedantic about the smallest transfer to a trusted account, let alone a larger transfer which will face scrutiny. They have rude call handlers, there service times are not really helpful and the wait time to have support requests handled is way too long. I definitely recommend going for another POS system as opposed to this "cheaper" option.

Incredibly slow to do anything. Never trust an app that doesn't have a help page. Not intuitive to use. Very much based on what myPOS wants from your business rather than what you want from myPOS. Hidden underlying charges too.

I have to lower my rating ,I've now noticed that I need to pay transaction fee ,I understand that ,bank transfer fee ,I'm okay with that but now on top of that a fee of recieving the transfer into my personal bank account. so in total if I want to transfer 20.000kr I need to pay 720kr for paying myself plus now 680kr for recieving my payment ?? And ofcourse the fee of charging a customer which is about 200-300kr. In total you deduct 2000kr. And on top of that the Vsk if you have a business.
