For the first 60 days, you prepare. Each day you read a short text that helps you understand why and when you smoke — without pressure, without a wagging finger. On day 60, you smoke for the last time. The following 30 days help you stay smoke-free — for good this time.
Your personal coach:
After each text, a personal, AI-based coach joins you in the chat. It responds to your answers, knows the day's text and asks the right questions — and it's there when things get hard.
