App keeps crashing, or loading with glitches. Not super intuitive (home should be the my profile page, not join a challenge, which is already there at the enter challenge code for example) Should be a way to click to go to last known spot when you want to use streetview interface. Special areas that aren't picked up on streetview should be added as extras, sometimes streetview misses things (view through keyhole in Rome) Otherwise, challenges and medals are fantastic, and would recommend!

The app started giving me a server error after the update on the 18th. They kept wanting to reset my password instead or addressing the error. When I let them know I tried that and even after successfully reseting my password the app still wouldn't work. The app started working again on the 26th so I let them know all was fine again just to get an email today on the 30th that they've reset my password and to try again. Clearly no one read the email I sent saying the app issue resolved.

I started with The Zombie run, moved to Middle Earth, now I've set my sights on a yearly goal. The virtual races are wonderful and the medals amazing. The conversion chart makes it easier to reach your goals. And the support staff have been exceedingly helpful. I have and will continue to recommend this to folks looking for a way to reach goals.
