Ratings and reviews

App somehow is not able to use the stored credit cards and I have to add the card numbers again. This is not something I want to do when I order food, it's easier to use a competitor. This is very bad user experience.

I have never had an issue with the app. Customer service has always been incredibly helpful. The only bad experiences I have had have been with employees of restaurants/couriers getting me the wrong order and being rude to me about it, but Foodora customer service has always helped correct the order.

i have used foodora some times and its been good experience. but now i notice the thing is flooded with a.i. created pics of portions with no way to filter restaurants that have actual pictures. i wont be using the app as long as i cant easily tell which companies put in atleast some effort and which just press "use a.i.". i lost my appetite
