Half a star but sadly that not an option! First, none of the LIVE TV channels wouldn't load. They would freeze and crash the app. I'm using an A70 running Android 11 with 15gb free storage so it's definitely not my phones fault. Since that kept happening, I figured ok, let's clear the cache and App data, maybe there's some old files causing the crash. So I cleared this and proceeded to log in, but then it started saying I'm logged into too many devices? I just logged out of one!!! 🤦🏽‍♂️

This app is hopeless most of the time is taken up buffering and when phone gets offline it affects walesi when online again. Most of the times it says "list is empty". This app needs to be improved. The worst part is when you really need it especially when watching the games away from home .... the app just continues to buffer till the game ends. Very frustrating.

Very poor performance on app, not able to load anything especially during any live events when majority of people would be using this app etc. Response is provided to check with ISP for internet issues. ISP end is okay and internet is perfectly working, zero issues. The walesi app freezes, unable to load at all. Tried several phones. But as soon as live event finishes such as a super rugby drua game, it starts working. Please fix it!
