Ratings and reviews

The app is terrible. It always fails to log in the first time and there are always adverts at the top of your account page.

I chose an online bank because I travel often and need access to my account online. Not only the app crashes but I encounter issues to pay online more often than not with the digital key. I just got a new credit card and while waiting for the secret code I realize my phone number had a typo in it, I can't change it online ( bugged) I contacted their team, I've been told they have no option but send a letter to my place! To change a phone a number! Ridiculous. Recommand only to your enemies.

Not possible to set up standing orders. Contacted support many times by phone. email, secure message. Raised multiple complaints. Issues are unresolved, escalated to the external banking mediator.
