Speaking into Android phone / tablet microphone on SonosTalk, SonosTalk can play voice through WiFi speakers like a voice intercom.

Sending message on SonosTalk, SonosTalk can broadcast the message through WiFi speakers.

Does not resume playback on my Sonos Play:1 after the intercom finished, although the feature is enabled in settings. Also from other devices playback cannot be resumed via the Sono app, as they show a song called "IntercomWiFi" to be played. So pretty much useless, unfortunately. I wish this would work as well as the "Intercom" app on iOS.

Have Samsung S9. Originally Could only hear the notification tone and scored the app one star. Mailed support. Said I should reinstall. Did that then app did not allow me to continue to check functionality. Support stopped answering mails. Suggestion: give at least two week evalution trial period instead of a few days. Found out coincidentally that the app has now been updated and thankfully works on my device. I then changed my rating accordingly.

Does not really work let's you type a long message but only plays a small part of it. Tied on few devices it's the same on all of them the talking in mic works fine. Just not the type and talk. shame really puts me off buying there Sonos video app. Did contact support just a robot anwser that says thanks for you feedback. How about a fix the would be a 5 star app.
