App is terribly in need of work. Login issues, inability to upload documents, confusing instructions and poor formatting for reading documents. Tells you to go to the website, which is completely different and refuses to connect my account. Sad but it seems it hasn't been updated in years. But at least you can still call them up and get different answers every time depending on who you speak to.

This app was working fine, until recently. It NO longer allows you to login, for about a month or so now it consistantly says error and doesn't allow you to log in. Cannot upload documents, can't update anything and calling the office is pointless, this USED to be easiest most effect way, but not anymore. Zero stars until they fix this! At least let us log in!

This app use to work fine I have been trying to upload documents and it won't even allow me to. Ain't even bring up my gallery. I was told it was my acct. But reading below in other comments i am not the only one. Not impressed. I have even tried from computer. I have deleted and re installed Pp, turned phone off and on and looked for updates for phone and app. Nothing has worked.
