Ratings and reviews

App is terribly in need of work. Login issues, inability to upload documents, confusing instructions and poor formatting for reading documents. Tells you to go to the website, which is completely different and refuses to connect my account. Sad but it seems it hasn't been updated in years. But at least you can still call them up and get different answers every time depending on who you speak to.

This app was working great and I had never had any issues but I've literally been trying to upload documents and it won't let me...it won't let my pic gallery open or even let me take the pic...I've tried on multiple devices and same thing happens ... Also other ppl have told me they are having the same issue. I even tried restarting my phone and also deleting the app and re downloading from scratch but nothing . Can someone please help if they know what's happening ??! 😥

awful, awful and awful. You can't sign into anything You can't make a phone call You can't take pictures of your paperwork and send it in You can't email it in to your worker everything is so just messed up they want you to send stuff in over your phone but they make it impossible to sign into the app or it constantly is staying error then when you call it hangs up on you or says there have too many calls coming in and they can't take your phone call. these places are a joke.
