How am I suppose to know if my documents are submitted or not ? I don't see anything with this app reflecting on the Access HRA app in terms of the documents given that this app is suppose to be similar 🤔. I need to know if my private documents of information actually got to my case... because the Access HRA still states for me to upload documents not realizing I could've done it there but again, where did my information go to then...?

The verification process is ridiculous and counterintuitive. It's had me playing puzzles with grainy tiny pictures. Once the documents are uploaded, I am informed that a confirmation will be sent to my mailing address. Why? Why can't it be sent to my email so that I know right away that my documents were received and are to my electronic application? When I checked the app the following day - none of the uploaded documents were there. Where did they go? Do I need to upload them again? It seems the entire process is made to be extra convoluted so that people would rather go homeless and hungry rather than deal with a flawed system. P.S. why can't you make it possible to upload documents from one's computer right after the application is completed?

The application is very convenient when you're unable to go bring documents to the HRA office. Since I downloaded the application it seems to be more efficient than taking them to a site location. Documents I uploaded before were not on my case now so it seems I am starting all over again with adding an individual when I done it that same week I received their documentation. It's the city and working for them myself I know it's a never ending story of DELAYS.
