About this app

Oregon ONE Mobile is an official State of Oregon app. You can securely mange and take steps to apply for public medical, food, cash and child care. You don’t always have to call, go into an office or find a desktop computer. You can do a lot from your smartphone. Try it out. Available in English and Spanish.
• See if your case or application is approved, denied, pending, closed and what actions you need to take.
• See and download notices that were mailed to you
• Check out your next renewal/periodic report due date, for SNAP, CASH, ERDC, and Medical Assistance.
• Get important, time-sensitive alerts and notifications about your benefits.
• Take pictures of supporting documents and attach them to get benefits.
• Manage your ONE Online account email and password
• Find a guided tour of the app, FAQs, and referrals for additional resources.
You must have an existing ONE Online account. No costs except for data rates.

Ratings and reviews

I'm sure they mean well... but damn, this makes everything harder. more confusing. and it doesn't save passwords do you have to go fish around trying to find it, (and it makes you change your password). usually an app makes it easier than going to the website and logging in manually, but this is absolutely horrible. it told me I need verification for something but it's an absolute dead end. there's no way to move forward. ugh.

They make it difficult, as you have to change passwords every 6 months, and when they send you a text that you have a new message to view, there is so many layers to go through to verify it's you before you can read the message. I'd rather they email me at this point. 23 minutes to log on to view a 30 second message!???

It looks like it has a lot of the stuff I need to access. The only problem is, it's constantly freezing, and I can't get anywhere with it. So it's pretty much useless. Also, not being able to enable biometrics for logging in is annoying, considering how often you have to do it. I don't know my password. It's saved in my Google passwords. So I have to go log in to Google password manager, copy my password, and then paste it into the app to log in. 🙄
