Update: My requested features from 2019 were added!! The app is still only a 4 star app however. I like being able to check EBT balance but no other need for it personally. Still more convenient than calling for balance. There are a couple improvements that could be made to give it the 5 stars. One would be to add the ability to log in with fingerprint or save passwords. The other would be the ability to upload documents from files or Google Drive (or iCloud for the Apple users).

Absolute, unmitigated nightmare. If you try to upload a large number of documents you will waste much time, and become terrifyingly frustrated, because when you get to a certain number of pages (5? 6? 7?) the app will automatically log you off before you can submit the documents. Worst app I've ever had the extreme displeasure to suffer. Update from 2 yrs ago, they still haven't fixed the blunderous tendency of this app to log you out erroneously and against your will in the middle of uploading.

You cannot access your messages through the app which is quite inconvenient and even though I knew I needed to upload documents it still says that I'm "all set". And it basically just tells you what you are enrolled in, allows you to upload documents but doesn't get provide much of anything else. And It would help if for the "Other" section in uploads, it would help if it gave the option to type a category
