The app does its job as it should. Three stars only because it does not allow changing the language. I have to change my phone’s system language to use the app in Greek. It would be nice to include this option in a future update.

Works fine in general. But parcel history is insufficient. Only the date and a general description is shown for each history status update. Tracking through the website includes more information like where the parcel is located. This means that more information is available,but the app doesn't show it. The simple and general status "Being delivered" is insufficient and, frankly, misleading. In my case parcel is not being delivered, it is actually located in a storage center as per the website.

It's buggy, it still has as active some completed shipments , others I cannot find, tracking is strange. This is about the app. Boxnow lockers is the best service I have used all those years . The most important thing about it, just works perfectly. It's fast , simple ,24/7 ,and with reasonable cost. They will eventually fix the app (how difficult can it be?) , and some issues with their site. They have gained me as a customer.
