I have sent and received quite a few packages, all is well. but once the door didn't open, and 3 days after, 3 emails, 5 requests for callback, and more than an hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone I conclude that there is no customer support.

I had to pay three times to send a parcel because the app kept informing me that each payment I made was invalid. I ended up being charged three times and still haven’t received a refund, even though the issue was caused by their app.

app is simple but can be much better. some existing lockers are not visible and you can't see in real time if boxes are available for sending parcels which could make it way way better
