I have sent and received quite a few packages, all is well. but once the door didn't open, and 3 days after, 3 emails, 5 requests for callback, and more than an hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone I conclude that there is no customer support.

I had to pay three times to send a parcel because the app kept informing me that each payment I made was invalid. I ended up being charged three times and still haven’t received a refund, even though the issue was caused by their app.

You are relocating the delivery of the parcels, based only on the availability of the compartments. However, I am not sure how much you weigth you put on the actual distance from the recipient's address to your places. So we end up with an inconvenience instead of a better experience. I had 2 cases where "you" decided, without even asking, to deliver the item 25 minutes away from my house by foot. How do you know that I can walk 25+25 minutes just to pick up a parcel? Sorry, not acceptable.
