I love your service, delivery speed and reliability BUT it's really annoying that boxnow tracking URLs do not open the app by default. For example - selling via Vendora and the parcel details are only opening in in-app default browser. so practically I can only use your app if I manually send stuff from it. Not by autogenerated parcels via platforms. Work on claiming those links and integrate them to work seamlessly within the app. :) please

I have sent and received quite a few packages, all is well. but once the door didn't open, and 3 days after, 3 emails, 5 requests for callback, and more than an hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone I conclude that there is no customer support.
