The app itself is fine, but the service is terrible. If, for some reason, the parcel cannot be delivered to the selected pickup location, it is redirected to whichever one is available without the consent of the recipient. In such case, there is no way to redirect the parcel to another convenient pickup location, and the time to pick up the parcel is very limited. This is unacceptable and ruins an otherwise good idea.

My parcel was delivered to a diffrent pick up spot than the one I had selected. It's in a very inconvenient location, far away from my home, the weather is terrible and I have a newborn baby that I have to take with me. There is no way to change the pick up spot in the app. This is a terrible service.

They delivered my package to a locker far away about 25min. When there is one very close to me. A 2 min walk. Why do i have to spend 10 euro to Take a taxi. BOX NOW IS THE ONE THAT WROTE THE LOCKER LOCATION. I tried to CHANGE the nearest location that you use ONE TIME AND NOW THEY BROUGHT it AGAIN TO GYZI .
