Ratings and reviews

Awful experiences with Box Now via Temu who have finally stopped using Box Now.... No one to contact, all in Greek and half the boxes either don't work, refuse returns or the displays are burnt out and its guesswork on what you are actually inputting to get your delivery. Needs a major overhaul to fix the issues. Update: Parcel ripped open and found empty when I opened the locker? Automated email response denied responsibility and to contact sender.....

Super convenient and price worthy!🤩 As of July 2026 though none of me deliveries are shown or can be managed through the App!!🤔🧐🙄

Works fine in general. But parcel history is insufficient. Only the date and a general description is shown for each history status update. Tracking through the website includes more information like where the parcel is located. This means that more information is available, but the app doesn't show it. The simple and general status "Being delivered" is insufficient and, frankly, misleading. In my case parcel is not being delivered, it is actually located in a storage center as per the website.
