The app is great but has the following bugs: (1) app crushes when I am entering my ph. number (Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G); (2) returns unknown error when trying to buy minutes in app; (3) 2 GB for free option does not work; (4) customer service is available only after login: what if I have Frog card and need help with login? I will not be able to receive help

It logs you out automatically every few days and you have to go through the whole sms process to login again...
