How does Via Grand Prairie work?
- Via Grand Prairie is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination. Now for the clever bit; our algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel, making on-demand transportation easier than ever before!

Ratings and reviews

The drivers are friendly but the App is trash always in high demand and the GPS takes us the long way passing our drop off location just to pick up other people, then at times drop them off first having me wait after being picked up first. Also say the driver is 5 mins away but really is 18 minutes away at times. This isn't good if you have to be somewhere at a certain time 30 wait plus pick ups 👎🏾.. Needs upgrades

I can't even get a ride, talk less of the times they fail to arrive even close to the estimated time. Sometimes I have to wait an hour or more than that to get a car that'll arrive in 20-30 minutes. It's incredibly annoying to use

Sometimes it takes over an hour and a half to book a ride, even if you stay in the app and constantly re-enter your request. It doesn't even take an hour to get around Grand Prairie so how are all seats booked for over an hour and half? Then of course you don't get picked up or dropped off anywhere near where you dropped a pin, even if it's on a residential Rd with no traffic. The wait times are never correct and you don't get notified that your ride is there until after they've already left
