myAGE.health is very simple to use, since it has been created to enable anyone at any health level to determine their speed of aging upon which our system prepares a customized activities plan for each individual. These individualized activities plans are being constantly adjusted through a biofeedback loop. Our system is constantly searching for the best way to slow your aging down and give you as many active years of life as possible.

Application features include:
* Find out our Functional age in just 4 minutes (*first Functional Age determination takes 5 independent measurements)
* Continuous monitoring of your Functional Age and Rate of Aging, through utilizing data received from wearables you use to track your health
* Select favorite activities out of which the personalized activities plan is created
* Progressive personalized activities plan adjustments based on biofeedback
Capability to collect data from Google Fit, so there is no need to enter data manually

Note:
In order to determine users functional age and also to utilize biofeedback loop, myAGE.health app needs to receive data from a wearable collecting RR interval distance, which in simple terms is a time between two heart beats, with an accuracy of 0.001 seconds. Hey! Very interesting app you have! I ceased being able to locate my "functional age" a couple days after the app determined it. I also can't find the quadrant/ chart that plots our values as: "Accelerated Aging, Reverse Aging..." etc. Perhaps I'm not looking in the right place? Also, my Google fit and fitness app won't connect, so I'm wondering if it's possible to remove the planned activity without the algo being negatively impacted? Thank you! Justin Barracosa

I don't know about this app. It couldn't get past the screen to allow access to Google Fit, so essential data is missing. Then the verification email the sent me was sent in another language, I think Turkish. How can I trust to use something that doesn't work properly from the get go.
