LifeTrack : My Health Tracker
Your Personal Health Log & Trend Tracker
Keep all your health records in one place. LifeTrack is a simple, private
log book for the readings you take with your own devices — heart rate,
blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight. Enter your numbers, see your
trends, and share a clean report with your doctor.
LifeTrack does not measure or calculate any vital sign. All readings are
entered manually by you.
Key Features:
🔹 Heart Rate Log
Manually record heart rate readings taken from your pulse oximeter,
fitness band, or medical device, and review them over time.
🔹 Blood Pressure Log
Enter systolic and diastolic values from your blood pressure monitor and
track how they change week to week.
🔹 Blood Glucose Log
Record glucose readings from your glucometer with date, time, and notes.
Useful for keeping an organised diabetes diary.
🔹 Weight & BMI
Enter your weight and height to keep a weight history. BMI is calculated
from the values you enter using the standard BMI formula.
🔹 Step Counter
Displays your daily and hourly step count using your device's built-in
step sensor, where supported by your hardware.
🔹 Trend Dashboard & History
Charts and graphs of your logged entries so you can see patterns across
days, weeks, and months.
🔹 Reminders
Set custom reminders so you remember to take and log your readings.
🔹 Google Drive Backup & Restore
Back up your log to your own Google Drive account and restore it on
another device by signing in with the same account.
🔹 CSV Export
Export your entries as a CSV file to share with your healthcare
professional or keep for your own records.
🔹 Your Data, Your Device
Entries are stored locally on your device. Backups go only to your own
Google Drive account.
Important: LifeTrack is a record-keeping and note-taking tool. It is not
a medical device. It does not measure, diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent
any medical condition, and it must not be used as a substitute for
professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare
provider about your health.
