I like the workout routines the AI comes up with, and the fact that I can add, remove, and replace exercises whenever I want. I really like that it shows you how to perform each exercise, as well. I also like that it keeps track of my workouts, which muscles I'm using, and my body measurements. There was an earlier review saying that if you switched screens while a workout was in progress, it would restart your progress when you switched back, but that bug seems to be fixed.

Hello. Today was day 1. Loved it. Perfect as I wanted it. I was looking for an easy app to use and to change while working out with the images of the body I was focusing on plus the excercises. I have alot of feedback as of right now from only after 1 session, but will try to learn the app over time. So far, great. I was searching for 1 month and looking at at least 5 apps with trials and didn't like any. This one seems to be exactly what I wanted. I will come back and grade this overtime!

I love this app! 4 stars only because if you switch screens during your workout, it restarts your time and doesn't allow you to change it. So after I'm done lifting weights and it's time for my cardio, I open up another app to watch some TV while I finish up, but my time restarts. So instead of it logging the hour+ that I'm working out, it only logs the time from when I bring the app to the front again, even though the timer on the app is showing over an hour. Fix this and definitely giving 5!
