App is inconsistent; twice it would not validate monthly passes when boarding a bus, and once it randomly thought my pass was attached to another device (I don't have another device). Walking home with a 4 year old wasn't fun. Fare apps need to be 100% consistent and this app just isn't. Stick with paper passes and tickets unless you want to risk being kicked off at the bus stop.

extremely useful, can be a bit buggy and just for route planning, Google Maps works too, but the integration is better, and not to mention that you see the live place/arrival time of the buses. huge lifesaver for anyone commuting. rare w from BKK/BKV. one tiny idea, you could make the Metro Lines clickable to show what it is, or it's starting points/stations, maybe even highlighting the stations it stops at.

I could not finish registration as the verification email had not been arriving after numerous attempts and re-installation of the app. Finally I could find an answer from you on another user complaint that you do not accept Yahoo email addresses. This case it either should have been marked in the app or in an email stating this. This way however it's more than unacceptable.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The issue with the e-mail provider is not for us to decide, unfortunately their system does not support our e-mails. If you can register with one of your social media accounts or a different e-mail address, the app will work as it should be and the verification will be sent to you immediately.
