Very good app! I use it every day, and I think this is the best bank app in Azerbaijan. I particularly like the investment opportunity it gives to customers. I have a concern about the investment section, though. We had an opportunity to review the "stock price vs time" graph upon entering a particular stock before. It is gone now. Please return it back. We were using it to review if the stock price has dropped or not, compared to other months/years. Now we have to use 3rd party apps for this

a pensioner of 74 y.o. contacted a chat support whereas a question was asked about "avans" service of the application whether she's entitled for the service or not. The AI bot's reply was pleasing and positive. However when the pensioner applied for the "avans" service the application was declined. Afterwards an operator was contacted and the info provided by ABB AI bot turned out to be false. Do you find it all right for one of the best bank of the country?

Quite useless app. Maybe before it was good, but not now. Now there are new bugs in the app and I couldnt enter to my account, there server and security faults, which can not be soleved withon 4 days. Now matter that I have reported the fault, buhs and also called the customer service, still useless. And they have only one answer "please send a report for the faults or bugs, we wil solve"! But days are passing without any solution. Probably, will get off from this bank service!
